Service Scope
FleetCaptain is a coordination tool for boat events, crew invitations, and RSVP tracking. The service may be offered in beta or preview form while functionality evolves.
Authorized Use
Users may use FleetCaptain only for lawful event coordination and related RSVP messaging. Users are responsible for making sure they have the right to contact recipients and that their use complies with applicable messaging, privacy, and communications rules.
Messaging Terms
FleetCaptain may send transactional invitation and reminder messages by email or SMS. SMS for RSVP workflows is sent only after the recipient grants written consent in the hosted FleetCaptain flow. Message frequency is event-driven and typically low. Recipients may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
No Warranty
The service is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, deliverability, or suitability for any specific competitive, safety, or commercial purpose.
Changes
FleetCaptain may update the service and these terms over time. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
